The nominations have been announced for the 2018 Speil Des Jahres.

MToF, a supplement for D&D 5th Edition, will be on general sale 29th May. It can be picked up from certain games stores, with an alternative cover, from 18th May.
It contains new monsters, lots of storytelling information, with plot hooks and more…
Time of Legends: Joan of Arc by Mythic games, pledge manager re-opened.
This will enable those already backing the project (Me!) to ensure they have completed their pledge satisfactorily. It will also enable any-one wanting to back this game to jump on board with a late pledge.
Joan of Arc is a narrative driven, miniatures, board game, set in the Hundred Years War period. Plays 2-4 players (up to 6 with Legendary Battles expansion) – 45-90 minutes plying time – ages 14+

Alderac Entertainment Group (AEG) announce War Chest.
War Chest is a battlefield strategy game with simple to learn-difficult to master gameplay. Manage your armies, both on the battlefield and in reserve, aiming to place all your control markers and win the game.

Fantasy Flight Games announce Star Wars X-Wing second Edition
X-Wing second edition will be released in August at GenCon and general release can be expected in September.
You take control of one of the Iconic Star Wars Factions, and enter into ship to ship combat. With beautifully pre-painted ships the Second Edition looks to clean up the loose ends of the first, and enhance the game play.
2 players – 30-45 minutes – ages 14+
For those who have invested in the first edition, conversion kits will be available
